    • Content creation strategies (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, faceless channels)

    • Funnels and ad campaign setup (regional, national, retargeting)

    • Building a trusted brand presence

  • Week 4: Business Operations & Scaling

    • Systems for onboarding, CRM, and client support

    • Templates, SOPs, dispute letters, follow-ups

    • Hiring and training virtual assistants or staff

    • Tracking KPIs and scaling revenue
